米時 Rice moment 是一間以米飯為主的創意料理餐廳，東方的主食“米”搭配上西式的精緻料理手法，透過食材的組合與實驗性的料理精神，Rice moment突破料理的格局，找到屬於米飯的幸福滋味。標誌的造型來自於一碗飽滿的米飯，其中還同時涵蓋了米、享受與分享的三大核心概念，Rice moment不只是餐廳更代表一種全新的生活態度。

Rice moment is a creative restaurant which takes rice as the main ingredient. The combination of main Asian staple food "rice" and western cooking style offers a more experimental haute cuisine at a reasonable price. Rice moment creates a new structure of flavor, also find out the new interpretation of rice. The logo design comes from a bowl full of rice, it contains the three core concept which are “Rice, Share and Time.”  Rice moment is not only a restaurant, but also represents a whole new life attitude.
